Vanilla Guys is a County Durham based vanilla business founded by Nicky and Alan, driven by a passion for high-quality ingredients and a love of food that is central to both our family and our business.

Alan, a chef with over 15 years of experience in Newcastle City Centre and a small restaurant owner, teamed up with Nicky, who ran a successful cookie business, to bring exceptional vanilla products to market.

In early 2022, we started by producing Madagascan Vanilla Purée but quickly noticed a growing demand for quality, alcohol-free vanilla products. Being bakers and chefs who understand the importance of quality ingredients, we listened closely to the feedback from our customers. This led us to develop a range of vanilla products that not only embody the best in flavour, texture, and ethical sourcing but are also completely alcohol-free.

Food has always been at the heart of our family life and our business, and we believe that great taste starts with the finest ingredients.

We source our vanilla directly from Madagascar, working closely with independent farmers who take pride in their craft. By using an international exporter, we ensure consistent, top-tier quality at a fair price. Each batch is carefully crafted to capture that deep, authentic vanilla taste that mass-produced, off-the-shelf products simply can't hold a candle to (and yes, you can taste the difference!). Plus, with our commitment to being alcohol-free, you get pure, unadulterated vanilla goodness in every drop.
